Add relatives without connection?

Is there a possibility to add relatives to Geni which are not (yet) connected to someone who is already in the tree?

I know for example that someone is one of my ancestors, but I don't know the next generation, so I don't know where to add him/her, but it would be helpful to add him somewhere and just add the connection later as soon as I find it.

  You can add them, then disconnect them, but you'll need a pro user or curator to help you disconnect them.  If you want to create it and post the link, I'll disconnect them for you.

  I am a pro user.  Please could you explain how to disconnect someone?  I have played around a bit but no luck!

  Edit the profile, go to the relationship tab. Check the connection box (parents) and click remove.

  i noticed "brother" is not a relationship... i'll change this and add him somewhere else as son..

  could you please also delete the connection between http://www.geni.com/people/Josip-Novina/6000000019036715483 and his parents andro and bara novina? i found out these are the wrong parents..

  it's a duplicate on the wrong place in the tree
