I can see that there is my Pro account in Geni but i cannot log in. Any help please :(

As far as I can see that account is closed, - last login 26. juli 2011You also have a third profile which seem to be you: Erik Meremaa
In both cases you should contact the managers and ask for help getting your profiles merged, - which easiest can be done by re-inviting you with the email you are using on the account you are using now. -
E M Yes, that Pro is that one, and all these are mine also :D couse i really don`t know what happened. And how it`s closed? I didn`t close anything. How i can contact to the manager? Tnx for the anwsers :)

Bjørn P. Brox There is a Contact Profile Manager to the right of every unclaimed profile.

Geni Support Team Hello Erik:
I will contact you directly in regards to your Pro account as we do show your Geni account was closed. Although you will need to request to be re-invited to your profile by the profile manager or one of your other relatives that are currently in your tree.

E M Hello! How my relative can re-invite me? How she will do that technicaly? She is also my profile manager. And still i want to know - how my account was closed, couse i didn`t do that by myself and only me had the access?

Bjørn P. Brox As I told you: Use the Contact Profile Manager link on your old profile which I linked to below.
When you have contact you explain the situation and ask them to re.invite you to your old profile, - with the email address you are using now.You will then will get an option from the system to merge your profiles.
