How do I disconnect someone who claimed they were my mother but they are not?

So I need to know how I can disconnect someone who claimed they were my mother, but isn't in order to stalk my family tree?

I have taken these steps:

1. Went to ACTIONS on her profile and removed her from the family group

2. On my own profile went into EDIT then went to RELATIONSHIPS tab and clicked the box to REMOVE the relationship

This woman is still connected to my tree.  She claimed her profile so I cannot delete her but she is not my mother, I have also blocked her.  I have added my REAL mother and father to my tree and their profiles have been claimed

  Send me a message using the Geni messaging system and tell which connection you want to be cut.

  @Bjorn, for Community Help to actually be helpful, you should answer these how-to questions so that everyone can see the answer. I have the same question but still don't have the answer.
