Why do Public Search Results prompt "Upgrade to Pro" message for basic Geni users?

The steps to repeat this problem are as follows

1. Search for a public profile, say "George Washington, 1st Pres. of the USA"
2. Click on the link to this (public) master profile.
3. Get a "Upgrade to a Geni Pro Account" prompt with no way to click through to the actual page.

A workaround is to perform the same search in the search engine of your choice while logged in. This seems like a bug to me.

  Workaround: hover over his name link until the info box pops up, click on one of the relatives in that box, then click on him from the relative's profile page.

  Thanks for the comment, I can verify that this workaround also works for me. It just seems more than a little silly. Public should be public - even when using the Search box.
