I can't pull up my family tree, it's asking me to create a new one.

I started a tree over 5 years ago & have added close to 500 family members. I can no longer pull that tree up. I was able to access it last year but I can't now, it is asking me to build a new tree. I hate to lose what I have already input. Help please! I tried resetting my password to no avail.
