Poor service

I'm paying my fee as a pro

Yet tI have a feeling that the service is poor:

Foe example:1 I cannot enter my account unless in return to a message. I've been asked to change my password and I do that but still I cannot use it. I'v changed my mail - which one shouls I use for the new password?

2 If ther is an erro (wrong connection between people, a person that shows twich, a picture that is shown twice - there is no way to change it

3 I was raising (a year ago) the issue of how to document people who died in the hollocost. I was refered to a discussion group - there is still no answer. Maybe now, that Geni was bought by My Heritage and all managements are juish - you'll finnaly give an answer

4 I was involved in preparing a presentation for a family reunion. The printed outpoot from Geni are difficult to use and I needed to work with graphic office to change them into a comprehensive presentation
