I invited a family member and she cannot get on.

I just invited a second cousin who is on my family tree. She received the invitation, but when she did, a page came up saying that she did not have permission to view it. She tried to get on again and got a message saying that she had to pay. Has anyone experienced this type of problem? How can I get my cousin on? I do not have Geni Pro, nor does she, of course, but it still seems that she should be able to view the tree with having to pay.
