I am unable to remove or delete my ex husband and his mother.

My father created my profile and my ex husband's (we have no children together) and I added his mother. Geni will not allow me to remove his mother and will not allow my father to remove my ex. I am attempting to share our tree with my current husband's extended family and I really don't need them to see a reminder of my past life. I have attempted to hide the relationships but they still appear on my tree. I tried changing the mother's name to n/a n/a and my dad changed my ex husband's name to No Name but they are still there and it makes me very upset. I have tried everything, including inviting my alternate email to access the mother's acct and selecting to close the acct due to privacy reasons, but the acct is still listed. I am so frustrated. Can somebody please help us?
