How to remove one name who is falsh ? And how to add a sister in law ?

First question: I can't remove one name call: "No Name" I did a mistake and can't remove it.

Secon question: I can't add a wife to my great uncle.

When I want to do it, the wife is adding to my grand-mother's husband. So now my grand mother has an husband and a wife too !!

As well I don't have any yellow arrow, how does it comes ?
