Missing Person

My father's parents show his two parents correctly in "tree view" however is father is missing from his "profile page". His only parent listed is his mother.

His sister is listed  correctly as having both parents. Both his parents have him listed in their profiles as their son, however when viewing my Dad's profile page only his mother is showing.  

I have been in and checked that the relationship tab in Edit view shows both parents. Can anyone help to clarify this please?

My Dad is Francis Douglas Preece. His Dad is Francis Edwin Preece.

  I tried to search your father's profile in the Geni and it will also returned only his mother as his parent. This will need a curator to help you as your father's profile is marked as private.

  Thank you very much for your help Muammar.  It is always reassuring to have someone help when a problem arises. I appreciate your efforts.

  I am delighted to report that the matter seems to have resolved itself although I am not sure why the problem occurred.

  Take a closer look on the immediate family section on the profile.

  To the upper right you find an "edit" link which you should click. That gives you an option to hide and un-hide family members from being listed on the profile, and the hide action might have been accidentally been activated since you also have an action for this in the Actions menu on a profile.
