A relative of mine who is is member of Geni.com cannot log on to Geni because some has changed her language option (on the Menu) to some other language which she does not know. She cannot correct the language option as she cannot log on! A classic Catch22 situation!!! What would be your advice to her???

Her login (email) and password is not language dependent, so if she is able to guess which field is for what it does not matter.
Secondly, the language selection cannot be bound to her as a user, simply because she is not logged in where that information is stored.
If she have problems reading the text, ask her to scroll down to the bottom of any Geni page, including the logged out page, where the gray language selection menubar is.
