I manage & started our family tree years ago but I closed the email associated with it, forgetting it was linked to this. Now I can't find my Geni password and I can't log in, what do I do?

Eldon Clark (Geni volunteer curator) If you no longer have access to the email address used on your Geni account and you are unable to recall your login information, you will be required to send an inquiry to subscriptions@geni.com for assistance with this.
Geni may remove your email address from your profile, where you will then be able to ask a relative in your tree to re-invite you back to your tree using your current email address.
