Please help me remove a duplicate branch that has occurred when my daughter joined Geni.

  Claire Anne Madgwick You do not want to remove them, they should be merged together

  Since your daughter is under 13, only family can merge the two profiles

  Thankyou. I have tried to merge but it won't work. Please can you talk me through what I'm doing wrong?

  Thank you Eldin but for the life of me I can't find the Geni Message system unless I join as a Pro then perhaps it opens up to me? Please can you message me through this system and then I will be able to reply. Or can you not let me know through this message system? Regards Claire
