My Uncle George Raine who was born in 1908 died in the 1990s, so he could not possibly have his own connections with you nowadays via your website. i would be grateful if you could remove these references implying he has just celebrated a birthday.

Your uncle would be in your family group so you need to go to his profile, edit it to make him deceased and if you know it, add his death date.
Looks like that profile was claimed by someone (should be able to see the email on the profile). So I'd check to see who is in control of it.
