I'm trying to change the email address of a relative, whom his profile I manage.
The possibility is blocked.

Eldon Clark (Geni volunteer curator) If a person has claimed his/her profile, only they can change any account settings including email.

I am trying to change email addresses of some relatives but there are no options for changing this. The persons have not claimed their profiles - they have not even logged onto Geni.
However, an email address is given for them. How do I change this and add their correct email address. Thanks

Jeff, Geni Curator If you want to provide a link (or identifiable name/info), Curators can reset the email field.

Julia Walker DeLisle Jeff could you reset an e-mail for me as well? Larry Swaton age 90. he changed his e-mail address, but cannot change as he does not remember his password.

Jeff, Geni Curator Julia, I've unbound the email address from his profile. You should now be able to add his updated email to the profile.
As a side note, it looks like he may have another profile (not connected to anything). In the case where you enter an email into your tree that duplicates an email in another profile (maybe that other one), it will merge the two.
