Eldon Clark (Geni volunteer curator) At this time, you can't. See here http://help.geni.com/entries/466636-Has-your-GEDCOM-importer-been-disabled-

Jeff, Geni Curator You might be able to use SmartCopy, but it requires a Pro subscription to add profiles to Geni. http://www.geni.com/projects/SmartCopy/18783

Henryk Zvika Blader Can I import a tree from Familysearch?
-
Job Waterreus Yes you can, but you can do it only once. Geni will create a duplicate for any profile already on it so even the first import will probably create very many duplicates. Merging those and solving the introduced inconsistencies will take a lot of effort and time.
Also please take into account that if you are not a Pro user on Geni you can not easily find possible duplicates and the Import for a branch will stop when it finds such a possible duplicate. As a basic user you can only use the Geni search function to find profiles you yourself manage and those profiles managed by a collaborator.
Also the import will stop for branches going further back in time than 1600 (so please do not try to import profiles with a birth before 1600)
Probably using SmartCopy will be a much better option. As far as I know you do not need a Pro subscription to be able to add profiles to Geni anymore. But even using SmartCopy it takes a lot of effort it you want to synchronise between FamilySearch and Geni.
You cannot use SmartCopy to copy data from Geni to other sites, the only way to get data from Geni to other sites is doing a GEDCOM export [which has a max. number of profiles that can be exported] from profiles you have added to Geni, so it it a bit hard to export a complete tree [in most cases that would take multiple exports].
