From a couple of days now, I can only see part of my tree and lots of people are missing. I would like to know how can I access the original and complete view of my tree. Please help!

Jeff, Geni Curator Rending a large tree is difficult on a browser, so Geni only loads part of a tree at any one time. You'll notice little trees at the top of some profiles, you can click these to expand portions of that tree. Likewise, you can click the "tree" link to focus the tree on a profile. Alternatively, you can increase the number of ancestors or descendants viewed in your tree, but this can cause decreases in performance and be difficult to navigate, so you'll want to be cautions on how many levels you expose. In the tree view at the bottom, select the Preferences tab, and on the display tab to the left you'll see where you can increase and decrease the generations displayed. On the left hand side of the screen, there is also a zoom bar, which will allow you to pull out to see a larger view of the tree. Hope that helps. If there is a part of you're tree that is literally missing - disconnected (XYZ no longer has any parents even when they're the focus), then let me know which profile and I'll review the changes made to that branch.
