When I created this family tree, some people decided to complete their own profile. But they never get them updated. Also they added their other families into this tree. This situation kind of put down my energy to keep doing this tree, but now I want to continue.
How can I get back to manage all the profiles in my tree again and clear all the other families who do not belong to my own family tree?

Maria, You should be able to edit profiles within your family group to update information unless those profiles were claimed by the individual, in which case they are in control of what information is presented. As for the other families, so long as the connections are accurate, they belong in the tree. Geni is a collaborative world tree, designed to be built on by additional family members and expanded to merge with other trees that have the same family members. Once other members are invited, it's considered a shared tree (as much theirs as yours) and clearing out accurate connections / persons can be considered vandalizing the tree - so we don't want to do that.
