I had made an account 3 years ago, which is still present. I made a new account recently with the same name, so I wanted to delete it but I don't remember the password for it. How can I delete the old account?

Jeff, Geni Curator Arne, the simplest thing would be to merge your two profiles, unless you still have access to the email on your old account. If you still have access to the old email, just do a password reset with that old email, login with that email and close the account. I'll also note that in addition to your other account, there are at least three other profiles of you created by Gajali, another by Arthur, and yet another by Heleni. So it would make sense to combine all your profiles into a single person (combining all the trees), which you manage. I can certainly help with that.
