i need to view a master profile but it doesnt seem to work please help

there is conflicting data in my tree and i need to view a few master profiles to resolve the problem how do i view them?

  I'm not sure I understand the question.  A master profile is a public profile that has been assigned a curator and the primary for any merges.  So you view it like any other profile.  Can you point to the conflicting data?  On any profile, you can view the any conflicting data via the Action Menu.  If it has conflicts, it will have a menu option to resolve conflicting data.  It is possible that if an MP has locked fields, it will discard any conflicts on those fields.
