I have a family tree i created several years ago on Geni. i hadn't logged on in a while and forgot my password. So i created a new one but it created a new account so when i log on it said i'm the only one in the tree. I spent days even months entering in my whole family. I can't get to the tree with probably 200 to 300 entries already logged in. HELP PLEASE Do they customer service on Geni

I'm having a problem finding you account though. Another option is to merge your accounts, which I can help with if the other solution doesn't work.
