Why do I get Birthday notifications on the date of their birthday instead of 3-5 days before their birthday?

I used to get notifications of birthdays 3-5 days before anyone birthday and since i renewed my subscription i get notifications on each individual's birthday

and wonder why.. I like the 3-5 days notification before a birthday if that is possible...  Jimbo Pehan
