  Katrina, I'm not having any difficultly seeing your tree.  It's possible there is an issue with your Adobe Flash.  You could try to update: https://get2.adobe.com/flashplayer/

  Or perhaps try an alternative web browser (Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are popular).
