When I am trying to send a message, I see the security code but cannot figure out how to type it in.  Either there is no space or the typing produces nothing.

  You might want to check if your browser has any type of script blocking.  The system used is called "Recaptcha".  Below the code, you should see a yellow box to "type the text".  Here is an example image of what it should look like. http://cogdogblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/12/order-jupole.png
