removing a name from family list

I have deleted a profile, but they still show up in my "Family list"

I want to block their access to my tree.

How can I remove them from my family list, so they can no longer have access to my tree, now that their profile has been deleted?

  You could do a block, which removes them from your family group and prevents contact. http://help.geni.com/entries/21453997-How-can-I-block-another-Geni-user-

  I am trying to remove my name from my brother's William's family list as daughter, not sure how it happened, but it has screwed up the relationships through much of the tree.  I cannot do it through editing, and I am still there as a grey box.  Help.
