How can you invite someone to co-manage a profile?

I am collaborating with a cousin on our family tree.   I would like to invite him to co-manage some of the profiles with me.  How can I do this?

  Here is how you add additional managers to profiles you manage:

  Do know that, as a family member, he should be able to edit those profiles even if not a manager.
