Duplicate that cannot be resolved

Hello,

I am frustrated...I have a duplicate issue that will not go away. I have tried several times to resolve it, but it will not work any way I do it. I am afraid that I will have to start over and the thought of that has driven me to come to the community for help. 

I have tried to remove the duplicates, set the parents, break relationships and reenter, etc. 

I also realize the husband is a cousin of the wife - maybe that has something to do with it?

Any help would be appreciated!
