How can I access my families trees?

I can't access all the details on my family's trees.  The message I get is - NO FLASH PLAYER DETECTED.  and  

"You've been re-directed to Geni's HTML5 tree.  Since you are currently using a device that does not support Flash, we've redirected you to our version of our family tree.  ThSubmit a requeste HTML5 version of our family tree is currently in Beta and may not include all of the features....etc."  The pop-up window provides an option for me to download Flash, but it keeps dissapearing.  Ive downloaded and installed the Adobe Flash Player now, thinking that should give me access to my trees.  However, it hasn't and the above message appears when I try.  Can anyone please help?

  What Operating System (Windows, iOS, Android, OSX, Linux) are you using and what web browser software (IE, Google Chrome, Firefox)?  Do you have any extensions that may block scripting or embedded plugins?  If you're not on iOS (which doesn't support flash, except with maybe Puffin), I'd suggest just downloading Google Chrome, since I believe it prepackages it's own Flash.  http://www.google.com/chrome/

  Thank you. My OS is OS X and I'm using Google Chrome.  Yes there is an error message that pops up on my screen when I turn on the PC.  It says that system extension cannot be used.  I've the flash player installed too but not luck.

  The message reads: The system extension "/system/Library/Extensions/AppleUSBEthenetHost.kext" was installed improperly and cannot be used.  Please try reinstalling it, or contact the product's vendor for an update.  I think it may be interfering with the efficiency of some programs I want to watch such as Youtube sports, music and now Geni.

  Any ideas please?
