Where is the security code so I can send a message?

I am tring to send a message to a family member but am told I have invalid security code  HELP

  Geni uses a CAPTCHA system on sending messages to make sure you're human, preventing automated spam.  It's an image below the message and you have to type in what letters or numbers are present in the image.  When it says you have an invalid security code, it's saying you did not validate what was in the image.  If you're not seeing the CAPTCHA system, then make sure you're not using any type of script blocking extensions that may prevent it from showing up.

  What does that mean??? There is no picture of any security code, no letters, no number when I try to type into the discussion form. Answer this question, please.
