The photo went to his album on Geni (?) but not to his profile. The same thing happened yesterday, in the case of another profile of a living person. What is happening here?
Since it's a claimed profile, it's difficult for me to tell because the media is private. It appears the profile is outside your family group via an in-law connection and because it's claimed, you likely can't see it due to their privacy settings which defaults the profile photo to private. I can see they have a profile photo already, so if you have a family group relationship with them, you wouldn't be able to set a new profile photo for them without untagging them from existing photos.
Thanks Jeff - Oddly, the one whose photo I wanted to add had just asked me to post it. Can people post photos w/o being pro? Not sure what "claimed" means re a profile.
