over charged for my pro account renewal

I answered an offer to renew my Geni pro account for 35% off.  But, when they confirmed my renewal they stated that I'd apid the full amount.  How do you reach someone to discuss this issue?

  I recd a offer to renew pro acct @ 59.70 but when go to renew it's 74.50, what gives??
