I see the name of a relative. The relative has died, and her daughter has died. But I'm pretty sure I see what must be her granddaughter. How do I contact this person to make a connection? I have never used this site before so I don't have any idea what to do now.

Hello Susan, I'd be happy to help you contact that person and get connected into that tree. Each profile should have a contact manager link, which would allow you to send a message to the person that added that individual to Geni, but we can go a step further. Since Geni is a world tree, we try to maintain a single tree, so if your related to that family, we'd like to connect you right into that existing tree, where you can easily communicate with the family, build out your portion of the tree, share family news, and collaborate.
