I had several hundred names several months ago. I logged in today, and they are all gone! Tried both legacy emails. How can I find GenI tech support? Or is there no such thing? Thank you

  You have probably used another email. There is just one account with your name, created March 30, 2015 and he only activity is that you logged in again yesterday, probably to write this.

  There is however an account named Robert Goodof, connected and last logged in June 17, 2015.
