I was having discussion with a distant relative about a profile that I posted. She wanted to know more about her grandparents and wondered if I had information. After I read her most recent message I went to do some research but now I can't find her message- there is no envelope in the notifications and I can't find a link to that post to answer her. I can find her profile but I can't send her a message to let her know what happened unless I pay for a membership. What am I missing? I know it can't be that complicated.
