When I go to create my Free Family Tree Chart then choose my grandparents as the "Tree Focus," the tree only displays them, my Dad and his siblings. How do I get it to show everybody i.e. first cousins, first cousins once removed, my siblings, etc?

Jeff, Geni Curator Make sure you're not in the horizontal five generation view (bottom right icon). When in the normal view, under preferences at the bottom, make sure "Direct Ancestors Only" is unchecked and that your showing at least a 1 on your descendant and ancestor count for generations to display.

Edgar Higginbotham, II "Direct Ancestors Only isn't checked. My "Ancestors" counts says 10 and "Descendants" says "All." My REGULAR tree shows everyone but when I go to print the Family Tree, it only displays my grandparents, Dad and his siblings. I've attached a screen shot of the regular family tree that displays all of the Family and the Free Family Tree Chart that I'm supposed to be able to print.

Jeff, Geni Curator Oh, sorry, I thought you were talking about the tree, not the Tree Chart. The chart is an ancestor chart. The only descendants it shows are the direct children of a selected couple.
As an alternative, you could try this for creating a descendant graph, though it's more for interacting then printing. http://historylink.herokuapp.com/graph
