  Geni doesn't provide phone support. If you're a Pro member, there is an online ticket system. If you're a basic member, you can has for assistance in the community forum or directly of the Geni Curators. If it's a billing or password reset, then an email option to Geni support is available to basic members. If you want to discuss your issue in private, Curators accept direct message and have access to help within your family group.

  I am trying to get a Geni Pro Account with the link supplied but I haven't been able to get it to finish with my PayPal account and I made other purchases with no problem what is going on. please call so I can finish this trasaction.
