My sister was the main manager of our family tree and unfortunately she died in March of 2015. She had allowed me to be co-manager of a few of the family members. How do I take over the tree so that I can continue the work that she has done.

I have the same issue. My dad died in 2012 and I can't figure out how to change his profile, email and manage it.

Hi, if you do not have the option to edit your relative's profile, then it is likely they had claimed it with their email address. Please report their profile as Deceased via the Actions button on their profile page. Once our customer service team reviews the report, they can assist with unclaiming the account so that you may update it to reflect their passing.
