Can no longer access my blood relatives-- only 20 show up

Yesterday I had access to 5000 blood relatives, today I only have access to 20. Please advise.

  I have the same problem. Yesterday I had 2308 blood relatives and today I have only 20. I have the same problem with my family tree and with my ancestors. Everything is down to 20.
