Lost my cousins after imported a GEDCOM file to My Heritage

I've imported a GEDCOM file from GENI to My Heritage. After that, when I'm looking in My Heritage I'm not related to my cousins from the GENI file.

How can it be possible to loose our relationship because of that???????
