Adding people but they don't show up. How do I add them?

My father was one of 10 children. I entered the info for all 10 but only 8 showed up. I've reentered the info but it never shows up. Is there a limited number of spaces for siblings? Also, all boxes are pink or blue except for one that is white. Why is that?
