I consider your website to be completely bogus, for the following reasons: Clicking "submit a request" implies that a question may be asked on the following screen. Instead, that screen is entirely an offer to pay for your "professional" version, with no visible opportunity for further communication. Also, the opportunity to communicate with existing site guardians, e.g. for the purpose of correcting an error, is blocked by the page's refusal to send a message on the basis of "no addressee" even when all information blocks have been filled properly. If you really wish to serve the general public, you have some work to do!

Dan Cornett If there are profiles errors, the issue can be raised to the active co-managers by viewing the profile in question (the Full Profile View, not the 'tree view'), then click on the Discussions tab (partway down the page). Then start a new discussion about the problem ... if there isn't one already listed for that issue. Once you have created that discussion topic, the co-managers are automatically notified.
