I have a tree that I created eight years ago and use all the time. However, sometime back I looked into how I could include both my nana's adoptive family and her biological one. Geni said at the time they had no provision for this situation, so I used her biological info on my tree and started a new tree, far smaller, separately with her adoptive family so that at some date in the future when Geni resolved their adoption issues I could merge the trees. It seems that now there is a field in my nana's profile to choose to add adoptive profiles. Either I can erase her adoptive tree, or merge it. I control both trees, and as the controller of the biological tree I have requested the controller of the adoptive tree (who is also me) to merge. I don't even remember what my info is (password etc.) to log into the adoptive tree. What is the best way to handle this?
