Can I use my AncestryDNA on Geni and to check if I'm part of Jamestowne lineage?

Can I use my AncestryDNA on Geni and to check if I'm part of Jamestowne lineage? I've tracked my ancestry to Isom Bradley Hodges and his mother but there's no records of who his his father was. I wonder if there's a away to use my AncestryDNA results to find my ancestors prior to Isom B. Hodges. I also wonder if I'm connected to the Hodges family that were part of Jamestowne, VA. It seems like there's a likely connection but I can't find any proof or records before Isom B. Hodges. -- James Cranford Hodges
