How do i add more people to my family tree chart?

When i print my tree all i see is immediate family  how do i do it so that i see all my family in the printed family tree chart?

  I have the same problem. When I click on the print icon in the family tree it opens up a chart with my immediate family only. There is a link saying 'add people to tree' but all it does is taking me back to the tree application without guiding me how to add people to the printing chart. I have been struggling with this one for hours... anyone?
