Before signing up for a Free Trial, I would like to know what the downgrades are. These options are mentioned under the 14 day free trial,
but I cannot find information on them. It is difficult for me to sign up without being able to speak to someone as I am not excellent on the
computer. Another question I have is: I see there is someone else who has information on the family tree I am interested in, but have no
idea how to go about contacting them. It would be good if you could help me with this information. If not, I see that I am unable to use
