How do I add the date of death to someone I manage?

Lily Poulson I used to be able to add dates of death until more recently. Geni has done something to make this impossible. I have tried everything. It's ridiculous! Now people's "trees" are inaccurate.

Geni Support Team Hi Lily, if you are unable to add a date of death for a relative, then it is possible your relative claimed their account with their email address. Please report your relative's account as Deceased via the Actions button and our customer service team can assist you with unclaiming the account, so that you may update it to reflect your relative's passing.
