Can I make it so my tree shows all the members I added only?

I originally had added my grandparents and all my Oma's relatives as that was the point behind this search for me but now my tree has 130 people on it and when I view my tree I can no longer see my neat little tree I had made. Is there any way to view just the profiles I added on a tree? This has gotten confusing and has now added relatives I have never heard of and who some I don't believe are even correct from what I know of my own family
