Jeff, Geni Curator This is something with your web browser. So what you do will depend on which browser, Firefox, Safari, Chrome. Based on the message, sounds like it might be Safari (Apple), so maybe this would fix it. https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4955025 But first thing I'd try is to make sure you're up to date. Browsers will sometimes block old versions from running to maintain security.
