my cousin is recently divorced. I contacted my brother who added her record initially in 2008. her page does not have a "contact the profile manager" tab. neither one of us seems to be able to modify the record.

Tracy Anne Fish I have a very similar problem. I’ve reported it a LONG time ago and no one has contacted me or resolved the issue? It’s very irritating.

Geni Support Team Hi, if you do not see "Contact Profile Manager" then it is likely the person had claimed their account with their email address. You should see "Send Message" on their profile instead. If you don't, then it's possible the person has blocked your from contacting them.
