Why can't I see my Geni info on my desktop but can see it on my iPad?

When I bring up Geni on my desktop, it just says stories are downloading and when I click on my tree, it just says the tree is loading. I can bring up the stories on my iPad but not the tree because it is too large. Ruth Amanda Thomas Boodinah@aol.com
